How the range fits together
Easy line
Spiral mixers with simple knobs: 50–300 RPM variable speed and reverse. 6, 10 and 15 kg models run on 110V; the 20 kg model needs 220V.
Evo line
The same capacities and mixing hardware as the Easy, plus a touch screen with 20 recipes and an infrared sensor that stops the mix at a dough temperature you set.
Smart 40
A floor-standing production mixer for up to 84 lb of dough per batch, with stored recipes and a temperature sensor. 220V single phase.
Moon rounders
Dough ball rounders: the Moon 300 handles 30–350 g pieces, the Moon 1000 handles 30–850 g. Both plug into a regular 110V outlet.

All specs are Sunmix USA's published figures for the US-spec machines. Where Sunmix's Italian site lists a different figure, we use the US one, because that's the machine you'd receive.
